Hi! My name is Kilee (she/her), and I graduated in 2023 from my master’s program in clinical mental health counseling (CMHC). I am passionate about helping others heal and am excited to get to know you! I believe therapy is about you–your values, needs, goals, and desires in life—and I am here to cheer you on and provide insight and support as needed. While I have professional experience and education, you are the expert on and author of your life. I treat therapy as a team effort where we can explore current happenings in your life, circumstances that have shaped you, wounds that need healing, patterns in your life, and so much more. I advocate for self-discovery and self-empowerment, and I want to help you live a life of authenticity and healing. Together, we can use our strengths and insight to help you achieve your therapy goals.

Because we are all unique humans, I try to cater my therapy to my clients' individual needs. I do this by integrating a variety of therapeutic techniques: My core base is person-centered therapy, and I help people get in touch with and connect their mind and body through somatic processing, mindfulness techniques, CBT, ACT, and creative arts. I am IFS-informed and trauma-informed, and I take a psychodynamic approach to tie past experiences to inform the present and create lasting healing and change. Through these modalities, I aim to nurture the hope, confidence, and strengths that already exist in you to help you reach your full potential. I hope to help you understand yourself better, live according to your values, and lean into your strengths.

I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ individuals, people with ADHD, teens, young adults, depression, anxiety, navigating life transitions, and chronic illness. My experience has ranged from working with individuals from ages 8 to their 70s, and I also have experience working with couples. Please feel free to reach out for a phone consult or to get on my schedule. I would love to be your support person and help you dive within while you navigate the ups and downs of life! You are not alone: I believe that through our work together, you can find relief, strength, empowerment, and healing.

Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy spending time being goofy with my kids, playing board and card games, creating art, reading, exploring coffee shops, getting out in nature, and writing.
