WHAT TO EXPECT
Your first session, demystified
Starting therapy can feel uncertain. Here's exactly what happens so you can walk in feeling prepared.
A real conversation, not an interrogation
Your therapist will ask what brought you in and what you're hoping for. You don't need to have answers ready — just show up.
We listen more than we talk
The first session is mostly us getting to know you. No homework, no pressure. Just a safe space to be heard.
We build a plan together
By the end we'll have a sense of your goals and a loose roadmap. You'll leave knowing what comes next.
