Hello! My name is Kiley Kaczmarek (she/her). I graduated with my Masters of Social Work from Weber State University. I am passionate about therapy and helping others on their way to self-discovery. I believe we are all capable of making meaningful change. I strive to create a safe space for healing, balance, and wholeness in all aspects of life’s journey, and I believe laughter can be part of our healing journey as well! With the right support, we can all tap into our most authentic selves and begin our paths toward healing!

My therapeutic style is relationship-based, with person centered integration and a trauma informed lens. To create a safe and empathetic space for my clients to explore their thoughts and lived experiences, I implement mindfulness and meditation practices in session. I incorporate aspects of spirituality and various modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS), all while striving to create a gender-affirming and LGBTQIA+ inclusive space for all of my clients. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief/loss, interpersonal relationships, faith transitions, and body image issues. I am currently working with adolescents, 16+, and adults.

By taking a holistic approach, I strive to foster self-acceptance and a sense of belonging for all my clients by reducing the pressure to meet unrealistic standards and helping them to improve their relationships with themself and others. I am committed to helping clients rewrite their stories with courage, resilience, and self-compassion.

I love opportunities that expose me to new experiences, like traveling or trying new restaurants. When I am not working, I love to spend time outside, host dinners/events, meditate, go to concerts, and listen to music/podcasts. I also enjoy spending time at home with my husband and our two cats!

In every story, there’s a path to healing. Let’s find yours together!
