I believe that therapy can make a profound difference in your life! I am an optimist by nature and aim to provide a warm, non-shaming environment in order to explore past traumas, function better in the present, and work towards a healthier and happier future. I strive to develop connection and rapport with each of my clients and use a process-oriented approach, a form of therapy that focuses on the deeper experiences and issues that lie beneath the symptoms.

I specialize in working with adults and adolescents struggling with sexual abuse, trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, depression and relationship concerns. I am particularly passionate about helping individuals with substance-use disorders. I also have experience working with parents needing guidance in their parenting approach.

I utilize my education in both social work and philosophy, and invite feedback from clients to create personalized treatment planning. This tailored approach allows my clients to get what they want out of therapy. I use a humanistic approach mixed with humor in order to relate to my clients. Although proficient in multiple modalities, I primarily use psychodynamic, humanistic, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I strive to create a compassionate space in which all of my clients can be seen, heard and understood.

Coming from a long line of creatives, my interests include most things art. I enjoy painting, crafting, cooking, and music. When not creating, I like to be outdoors with my family. I love to learn and enjoy books, podcasts, and traveling. I feel honored to be a therapist and look forward to helping you in your journey towards recovery and healing.
