Hi there! My name is Bekah Hill (she/her/hers) and I recently graduated from Brigham Young University as a Clinical Social Worker (CSW). I have a passion for helping others overcome personal trauma, adjust to life’s challenges, find meaning in their individual and spiritual identity, and find hope for the future. My experience includes working with teenagers in a residential setting and providing community-based outpatient therapy.

I specialize in working with adults and adolescents struggling with depression, anxiety, grief/loss, faith transitions, trauma, and relationship concerns. I strive to create a gender-affirming and LGBTQIA+ safe environment for each of my clients. My therapeutic style is person-centered and values based. I believe success comes as we collaborate to find meaning and direction within your own beliefs and strengths. I try to take a comprehensive approach by incorporating aspects of various modalities, including trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), internal family systems therapy (IFS), and emotion-focused therapy (EFT).

I’m a southern girl at heart, growing up in Mississippi before moving to Utah as a young adult. In my free time I love to snuggle with my cat, write poetry, read, travel, and attend live-music events. In my travel opportunities, I have been fortunate to learn Spanish and develop a deep admiration and humility for diverse cultures.

It is my sincere honor to be your therapist, and I am excited to walk with you through your healing journey.
